Q : Are you a licensed minicab / airport transfer company?
A : Yes. We are licensed by the Transport for London.

Q : Is your service available day and night?
A : Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.

Q : Can I Pay Extra At Night Service? 
A : Yes. £5 Extra On Night Service ( 9PM To 5AM).  

Q : How early do I need to book my Car?
A : We recommend you book your car a minimum of 12 hours in advance. In many cases we are able to provide vehicles on much shorter notice so please call us and check availability.

Q : How do I find my driver at the airport?

A : The pick up instructions will be contained in the "Journey Details" email & text

Q : What is the 'Meet and Greet' service?

A :The "Meet & Greet" service is where the driver parks his car and enters the airport terminal holding a sign with your name on it.

This service is not included on our journeys as standard but can be added for an additional £10, to cover parking charges.

The driver will put exactly what you entered in the "Head Passenger Full Name" field onto the name board.

Q : Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed or cancelled by the airline?

A : No, as we will track your flight landing time we will be aware of any delays or cancellations and we will dispatch our driver according to the new landing time.

Q : What happens after I have made an online booking?

A : We will review your request and send you an email confirming the booking .

Q : Can I smoke in the vehicle?

A : No, we have a strict no smoking policy in all of our cars.

Q : Will you meet us at any time of day?

A : Yes we provide a 24hour service. We will meet you at any time of day and there is no extra charge for unsocial hours. The only time we levy an extra charge is at the Christmas period normally - Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
